There is no venue closer to Taunton Town Centre. Only three miles from the M5 and a mile from the nearest mainline station. Wellsprings is ideally situated for meeting, greeting, hosting, exhibiting, selling, wedding, dancing, playing and sporting just about everything.
A small meeting of less than 10 delegates or a conference or Annual General Meeting of over 700. A chair or staging. A protector or lightning rig.
The Meeting Room
Suitable for hosting our smaller meetings of up to 15 of your guests. These two rooms are adjoined by a concertina wall which can go from 15 to 30 guests at the stroke of the hand.
The Function Room
A larger air-conditioned room with a capacity of 100. This area has an integrated bar area. An ideal space for a break out room for larger conferences in our main events hall.
The Dance Studio
This is our very own studio with mirrored walls that can be left visible or hidden behind specially designed curtaining.
This room is situated on the first floor of the centre and has disabled access.

Menu Options
We want your meeting, conference, seminar or event to be a huge success.
We know how important a role food plays in the success of such an event.
We set ourselves high standards of quality and presentation and aim to offer a healthy, well cooked option to all of our clients.
We have put together some menus as suggestions but we can tailor make any menu to suit your individual requirements and we will ensure any special dietary requirements are met.

Our menus are based on a minimum of 15 people attending. We have a Biztro option available for smaller numbers. Our Biztro is always open during your day time meeting offering lunches and snacks to suit any budget.
The Refreshment Service
This is a beverage service offered to all parties and includes a welcome hot drink, a mid morning drink, hot and cold drinks with lunch and a mid afternoon tea break. We include biscuits and homemade cakes in this service.
- We offer fresh filter coffee, English and speciality teas, hot chocolate and decaffeinated coffee at all breaks.
- We can offer a selection of fruit juices and mineral water during lunch.
- We provide jugs of iced water during the course of your booking.
The price for this service is £3.00 + VAT per half day per head. For full day bookings the price is £4.50 + VAT per head.
The Cold Lunch
We offer a cold fork buffet with hot potatoes and warm breads which comprises:
- A platter of mixed meats and cheeses, such as parma ham, chorizo, hams, and chicken together with bries, smoked and blue cheeses
- A platter of roasted vegetables and olives and humous and salsa
- A mixed leaf salad with croutons and a bowl of cherry tomatoes
- A basket of rustic breads and a bowl of hot potatoes
- A fruit platter
The above menu is a very good healthy option and provides an interesting change
from the norm.

Finger Buffet Menu
This is a simple buffet, which will suit all tastes and offers vegetarian options.
Compiled with the health conscious in mind.
- Selection of freshly prepared sandwiches using wholemeal bread
- Chicken kebabs with a spicy dip
- Mini sausage and mash
- Tomato tortilla wrap with roasted red peppers and goats cheese (v)

- Plain tortilla wrap with guacamole and feta (v)

- Spinach tortilla wrap with spicy chicken and mixed leaves

The Hot Lunch
What could be better than to offer your delegates a hot lunch with a choice of pudding or fruit for dessert. The following items would be suitable and we offer these as a suggestion:
- Cheesy topped cottage pie
- Salmon fish pie
- Roasted vegetable lasagne
- Chicken in a white wine and mushroom sauce with chives
- Rustic lamb stew with roasted root vegetables
All served with a mixed salad and rustic breads
For dessert we offer traditional home made desserts with a healthy option of fruit.
