For 2012 Wellsprings Leisure Centre has introduced a new Functional Fitness exercise area. Functional Fitness is the new way to workout, providing short, intense sessions for maximum results. Exercises are varied and you can join small group sessions to keep your workout fun and interesting. And if you like to workout on your own, you can use the Functional Fitness area any time or opt for one-to-one personal training.So why not give it a try?
