I have commitments outside of work, do Tone Leisure offer flexible working options?

Yes. Our centres operate from early morning to late evening, 7 days per week. Many of our employees undertake a varied range of hours (shift work), part time work, job-shares and other flexible working patterns. Our contract options vary from 1 to 37 hours per week. A small minority of posts can operate on a flexi-time basis, and other posts allow the option of occasionally working from home. In addition, we have many employees that work at more than one centre and undertake a wide and varied range of interesting roles. Our aim is where operationally viable/possible to balance the needs of the organisation with your individual requirements for flexibility and variation. If you have any questions regarding the working pattern or hours for the post you are applying for please contact the relevant Centre Manager to discuss this further.

Do Tone Leisure offer Casual posts?

Yes. Each centre employs a bank of casual workers to undertake short term cover when required. Normally this is to cover sickness or annual leave but also to help us when we undertake specific projects or hold events. Depending on your qualifications and experience you may be asked to assist with general duties within our centres, to cover classes, or maybe to lifeguard.
