TJK TRADITIONAL JAPANESE KARATE


TJK now has 5 Karate schools throughout the South Hams; a great achievement by 5th Dan Chief Instructor Ash Hawkes Sensei who has been teaching Karate in Kingsbridge for 12 years. After 35 years of training and having held a world title in competition, Sensei Ash is keen to pass on his skills and knowledge to young people.

Karate is a great sport for fitness, to make new friends, to learn control and respect.
