CIRCUIT TRAINING

This popular Fitness Class is an excellent programme to improve your overral fitness, stamina and strength. The instructor led class includes an all-round programme of cardiovascular exercise, some work with weights and works all muscle groups.

The weekly sessions allow you to take your fitness to a new level, and the instructor will get the most out of your performance.

Restrictions

Over 14 years only.
14 to 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
