DOUBLE MINI TRAMP

Run as a course, DMT is two mini Trampolines joined together, the first at an angle to the second and call the mount, while the second is called the spotter. Skills are performed from the mount onto the spotter and then dismounted off onto the mats, or a skill is just performed on the spotter and then dismounted off. DMT is a combination of Athletics, Trampolining and Gymnastics.
