In each area Tone Leisure works, a Board of Trustees are responsible for the strategic management of the services we provide. The Boards of Trustees in each area are created from volunteers within the local community, with specific business and strategic skills and often customers within the local leisure facilities, as well as active people in the area.

With over 20 years experience in the leisure industry and as one of the most experienced sports development professionals in the Country, Tone Leisure has benefited greatly from Karen's strategic role. Karen runs her own business providing a range of management, training and development services for sport and working with a wide range of groups and organisations.

Our local volunteer Boards are carefully recruited based on a sound balance of skills, strengths and diversity.
