Once I have submitted my application form, what is the next stage of the recruitment process?
After the closing date, your "filtered" application form will be submitted to the recruiting manager. "Filtered" means that the recruiting manager will not be issued any personal details about you - only details about your skills, experiences and qualifications will be visible. This means the recruiting manager will shortlist using this filtered information only, and supports our commitment towards offering equal opportunities for all. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted and invited to an interview or assessment session, as applicable. Unfortunately we are not able to automatically provide individual feedback relating to unsuccessful application(s), if you have not heard from us within 3 weeks from the closing date of each post please assume your application has been unsuccessful. If you would like to receive specific feedback relating to your please contact the HR Team on 01823 356311.
