Wellsprings Leisure Centre, managed by social enterprise and charitable trust, Tone, and Okoko Nightclub are teaming up in aid of Breast Cancer Care.
They are inviting locals to come along to Okoko Nightclub in Taunton this October to participate in Breast Cancer Pink Fridays. The centre piece of the collaboration will be a fantastic Zumba Master Class to be held on the evening of Friday 14th October.
The event is being organised by Stefani Witney from Wellsprings Leisure Centre and Director Michelle Andrews from Okoko Nightclub. As well as three top Zumba instructors from Wellsprings participating, there will also be a prize raffle with the chance to win the VIP area for a night at Okoko (worth £300) as well as a free 6 month membership to Wellsprings Leisure Centre and a block of personal training sessions donated by Heidi Viles, the personal trainer at Wellsprings.
Stef Witney on behalf of Tone said,
“I am delighted to be able to work with Michelle to raise money for such a good cause. Zumba is such a popular activity and so much fun that it just lends itself to a party! We are asking for a £5 donation on the door and hope to raise masses of cash for Breast Cancer Care. Remember to wear pink!”
