Functional Fitness

 

Functional Fitness is the new way to workout, providing short, intense sessions for maximum results. Exercises are varied and you can join small group sessions to keep your workout fun and interesting. And if you like to workout on your own, you can use the Functional Fitness area any time or opt for one-to-one personal training.

New equipment in the Functional Fitness facility at Wellsprings Leisure Centre includes;

Functional Fitness offers improved weight loss, core strength and muscle tone.

Instructor-led mini Functional Fitness sessions are available 7 days per week including 'Rotten to the Core', 'Power Plate Circuit' and 'Full Body Blast."
