Body Combat
Body combat is a simple, but challenging all-body workout that combines powerhouse moves and stances developed from a range of self-defence disciplines. It tones and strengthens your arms whilst burning vast amounts of calories. Click here for more information.

Body Step
Using simple-to-follow moves and inspirational music Bodystep allows you to train at the intensity you want without having to think too hard. Simple yet effective pre-choreography prescribes a high-energy, athletic cardio blast that provides a range of benefits including muscle toning, calorie burning and lower body muscle definition. Aerobics
A range of differing classes for all ages and abilities. These classes offer options for high and low impact, some classes use weights and bands, helping weight-loss and energising.

Hot cycling
You chose you own level of intensity for this cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike - great fun and a great workout.

Circuit training
An all-round programme, including weights and cardiovascular workouts. Full of variety, working all main muscle groups and taking your fitness to the next level.

Body Pump
The most successful group fitness programme in history, Body Pump is a 45-60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. Fitball
A series of exercises using the fitballs and providing all round toning. Classes focus on core stability and muscle groups.

Group exercise which focus on stretch, balance and relaxation to improve flexibility and posture.

Body Balance

Align & stretch
Combination of Yoga, Pilates, relaxation stretching exercises. Revitalise and energise.

Yoga
Enhancing health and well-being in body and mind, the sessions focus on breathing, flexibility and strength.

Pilates
A gentle but effective workout concentrating on slow movement which tones, improves flexibility, posture and injury.

Power Yoga
This is a dynamic free flowing yoga, based on strong yoga moves which increases strength and flexability, bringing a sense of well being.

 

Specialised

50+ prime workout
A fun workout focusing on movement and stretching. The class improves overall fitness, circulation and mobility for over 50's.

Water aerobics
A whole body workout that uses water as resistance. Both shallow and deep water sessions available, non-impact and fat burning too!

Freestyle aerobics
Fun calorie burning classes with simple routines from different dances styles including salsa, latino, jive and jazz.

BodyJam
The cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat.
