Quayside Leisure Centre

Located at the top of the steps at the end of the Quay car park, and originally opened in 1984, Quayside Leisure Centre benefitted from a large extension with a four rink indoor bowls hall added in 1997, in conjunction with South Hams Indoor Bowls Club and a 25 metre heated indoor pool and separate learner pool in July 1998 with village change. Local residents were instrumental in raising funding for this project (Kingsbridge and District Swimming Pool Association) together with Lottery funding.

There is also a computer suite managed by Kingsbridge Adult Learning based at Tresilian in the town. Information regarding courses is available in leaflet format at the centre.

There are 2 squash courts, a purpose built dance studio and a six court sports hall with associated changing facilities. Kingsbridge Community College use the facilities during term time as well as a range of clubs hiring facilities in the evening.
