Describe the culture within Tone Leisure?

Our employees are genuinely "passionate about leisure" and care about the communities they serve and providing an excellent customer service should be at the heart of everything we do.

We aspire to becoming an employer of choice within the leisure sector in the South West and want everyone to enjoy working for us. We therefore encourage team working and 2-way feedback and if things do go wrong we want our staff to feel able to informally tell us so that we can work to put things right.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent services, being professional at all times and we do have high standards or expectations from our staff, however we also like to have fun at the same time!
